Fetch Holdings, LLC d/b/a JettVibe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, JettVibe (the “App”).

Please note: JettVibe is invite only, per the JettVibe Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please consult the JettVibe TOS for more information. To the extent you are an employee of JettVibe or its affiliates, please consult the applicable privacy notice for employees, which continues to govern JettVibe’s collection of your personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information from you when you use the App: Name Email Address Precise Geolocation Internet/Electronic Network Activity.

We do not collect any other personal information about you without your explicit consent.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: To provide and operate the App To identify and communicate with you To improve the App

Information Sharing

We do not share your information with any third parties for advertising purposes. However, we may share your information with our affiliates, which are companies that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with us. We may also share your information with third party service providers in the interest of delivering services to you. We require our affiliates and third party service providers to comply with this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App. We will also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Children’s Privacy

You must be above the age of 18 to use the App. For purposes of COPPA, this means that the App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information from our records.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the App. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
